Satisfying, creamy, nutritious, delicious!
So here’s the thing about the photo I used for this blog post. The colour is so beautiful, but usually I change that colour by adding a bunch of spinach WHICH DOESN’T CHANGE THE FLAVOUR AT ALL. Just the colour and the nutritional value. It’s super yummy!!
Ingredients – 2 servings
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of blueberries (I like frozen)
- 4 tablespoons of almond butter (raw is great for you but roasted is ok too)
- Big handful of baby spinach
- 18 oz. of water
You don’t have to get fancy about the directions. Just blend it up and enjoy! The almond butter and banana make it creamy so you don’t need any kind of milk or protein powder unless you really want to. Enjoy!
