Happy New Year 2016

I’ve got some goals for 2016:

  1. Keep working on a low-stress lifestyle
  2. Boost my water consumption starting with the 30 Day Water Challenge – 72oz./day
  3. Try to find more healthy meals that my husband will enjoy
  4. Blog more often
  5. Keep up my current exercise routine:
  • RunningĀ 1X week
  • Weights & other cardio 3-4Xweek
  • Try to get in a bit more swimming

Plant-Based New Year

I’m also going to work on getting the sugar out of my system now that the holidays are wrapping up.
