I love carrot juice, and of course I do enjoy the usual blend of carrot and beet juice that you often see. Ginger is also a great compliment to carrot. You also often see carrot with apple, but carrot is sweet on its own so I don’t think the apple is really necessary.
Here’s a different take on carrot juice with red pepper, purple cabbage, lemon, and ginger.
1 Red Pepper
1 cup Purple cabbage
1 Lemon, peel removed
1 nub of ginger, aproximately 1/2 the size of your thumb
