I’ve got some goals for 2016:
- Keep working on a low-stress lifestyle
- Boost my water consumption starting with the 30 Day Water Challenge – 72oz./day
- Try to find more healthy meals that my husband will enjoy
- Blog more often
- Keep up my current exercise routine:
- Running 1X week
- Weights & other cardio 3-4Xweek
- Try to get in a bit more swimming
I’m also going to work on getting the sugar out of my system now that the holidays are wrapping up.
