Energizing! Stimulating! This smoothie is very different from my “usual” green smoothies. Matcha is very stimulating and not something that I consume every day, but it’s delicious and really peps you up if you’ve had a late night the evening before. I also like to have it as a proactive option when I know I have a high demand day ahead.
Ingredients – 2 Servings
- 1 cup/8oz. heavy coconut milk + 10 oz. water OR 18 oz. of light coconut milk
- 1 big handful of spinach
- 1 pear (cored)
- 2 tbsp of chia (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of matcha tea powder
Directions
Easy breezy, put it all in the blender and zip it up! Enjoy!
